Oral.
Children 2–4 years (12–16 kg body weight): 7.5 mL (1 to ½ teaspoon) every 12 hours.
Children 4–6 years (16–22 kg body weight): 10 mL (2 teaspoons) every 12 hours.
Children 6–12 years (22–35 kg body weight): 15 mL (3 teaspoons) every 12 hours.
Adults and children 12 years and older: 20 mL of solution (4 teaspoons) every 12 hours.
