Indicated for the treatment of: major depressive episodes, prevention of recurrence of major depressive episodes, panic disorder with or without agoraphobia, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in adults and pediatric patients aged 6–17 years, social anxiety disorder (social phobia), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

Depression and OCD: 50 mg/day. Panic disorder, PTSD, and social anxiety: Initial dose: 25 mg/day. After one week: increase to 50 mg/day. Adjustments: in 50 mg increments, at least once a week. Maximum dose: 200 mg/day. Based on professional judgment. Consult your doctor.
