Indicated for the prevention of cardiovascular events in patients with coronary artery disease, prior ACS, hypercholesterolemia (familial or non-familial), and mixed hyperlipidemia already being treated with a statin and ezetimibe.

Adjust every ≥4 weeks based on response. Start with 10/40 mg/day; use 10/80 mg only if the benefit outweighs the risk. Administer separately from bile acid sequestrants. Do not exceed 10/20 mg/day with certain drugs (such as amiodarone, verapamil, or niacin ≥1 g/day). Use professional judgment. Consult your doctor.
